A collection in the making of almost 30 years, there are many one-of-a-kind pieces in it that will be coming into the collecting market, as well as some of the "Best of Type" pieces. This wing is one of those offerings???
Gorgeous, early WWII United States Army Air Forces Air Crew wing, exquisitely carved out of a silver ingot by a jeweler in India for wear in the CBI Theater. The center of the wing shows a beautifully detailed, almost 3-dimensional Great Seal of the United States applied separately, and rests between feather detailed wings.
