This is a circa World War I American Red Cross surgical dressing pin for the Lake Division, which encompassed Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1/2" in height x 7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with a C catch.
