Early American Red Cross ARC Lake Division Surgical Dressing Lapel Pin

This is a circa World War I American Red Cross surgical dressing pin for the Lake Division, which encompassed Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 1/2" in height x 7/16" in width.

Gold-plated brass, enamel.

Vertical pin with a C catch.
