This is a cool vintage 1960's United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla Vice Commander boat pennant. This is a size 3 pennant in 100% Nylon. The emblem is sewn in on both sides so it can be read from either side.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 24" in length x 12" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nylon and Brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two Grommets.
