This is a Cool Old circa 1940 Wasco California Police Patrolman #3 Smaller size Badge by LAS&S Los Angeles Stamp & Stationery Co.

Circa 1940.

Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

Gilt brass with hard fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
