ARTIFACT: This is a coffee mug for four-star Admiral Jonathan T. Howe, Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces Southern Europe headquartered in Naples from 1989-1991. Admiral Howe had a thirty-five year career with the United States Navy and retired in 1992.

VINTAGE: Circa 1989-1991.

SIZE: Approximately 3-11/16" height and 4-3/4" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Ceramic.
