Circa WWII US Civil Air Patrol CAP Shoulder Patch

ARTIFACT: This is a World War II shoulder patch for the Civil Air Patrol, the volunteer civilian auxiliary of the United States Army Air Forces. The patch shows a propeller within a triangle along with the letters US.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 3" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Canvas patch embroidered with multi-colored silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto uniform.
