ARTIFACT: This is a Bar Harbor Airlines wing from around 1980. The airlines began in 1971 and its first very popular route was to Boston. At the center of this detailed wing is a blue enameled circle bearing the silhouette of a very Eastern-inspired bird.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980.

SIZE: Approximately 11/16" in height and 3-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome- and gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts, clutchbacks are missing.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The wing shows some light abrasions only.
