This is a circa 1970's patch for the West Monroe, Louisiana Fire Department. The patch is embroidered upon black twill.

Circa 1970's.
SIZE:
Approximately 3-1/8" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester thread, mesh backing.
