Circa 1952 US Air Force 494th Fighter Squadron Patch

This is a circa 1952 squadron patch made for the United States Air Force's 494th Fighter Squadron. The patch is oval with an extension off the top and shows a black panther riding a missile.

Fully embroidered patch with multi-colored cotton threads.
