ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1950s combined town police badge for Tilton and Northfield, New Hampshire by S.H. Reese Company of New York. The large badge is in chromed brass and shows the Seal of the State of New Hampshire at center. Tilton, located on Lake Winnipesaukee, falls within the Granite State's Belknap County, while neighboring Northfield is in Merrimack County.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/4" in height and 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chromed brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: S.H. REESE 57 WARREN ST. NEW YORK.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an old New Hampshire police and law enforcement badge collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCEX14 LHEX7/14 SGEX6/17

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge has some small areas of light wear to the banners on either side of the Seal.
