This is a circa 1950s or 1960s New Hampshire State Prison "Control Room" hat badge. The badge is topped by an eagle with the Seal of the State of New Hampshire at center. The New Hampshire State Prison was originally built in 1812 in the capital city of Concord.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s-1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, stabilization post.
MARKINGS:None.
