ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1950 badge for the United States Naval Air Station (NAS) Agana Security Patrol. Established January 1, 1947, NAS Agana on Guam closed in 1995. 

The handsome badge is locally-made, and wrought in copper. It is numbered 3.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/2" in height and 2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Copper.

ATTACHMENT:

Safety pin (pin is partially missing).
