ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1910 color postcard of the Thomas Aldrich Bailey house in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Bailey, a Portsmouth native, is famous for penning the book "The Story of a Bad Boy" in 1870. The postcard is by the Hugh C. Leighton Company of Portland, Maine. It has not been written on.
