ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1906 rum bottle from Portsmouth (New Hampshire) Wine Company. The label shows a wonderful cameo design featuring a gladiatrix and reads RUM BLEND ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PURE FOOD & DRUGS ACT, JUNE 30, 1906. The company's address is listed as 101 Market Street at the bottom.

VINTAGE: Circa 1906.

SIZE: Approximately 10-1/2" height and 3-1/4" width and 2-1/8" depth.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Glass, printed paper label, cork.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: GUARANTEED FULL QUART CONTENTS 30 OZ.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The bottle has no chips or cracks and the label is still in beautiful condition; some of the cork has disintegrated but still provides a full seal.
