Circa 1890s Lyndonville, Vermont Police Badge #2

This is a circa 1890s Lyndonville, Vermont police badge. The badge bears a number two at its center set off by small decorative details. The lettering for LYNDONVILLE VT. is without serifs while the word POLICE is in a serif font.

Circa 1890s.

Approximately 2-3/16" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

Nickel-plated brass, brass pin.

Vertical safety-style pin (old, period repair to pin).
