ARTIFACT: This is a Canadian Royal Hamilton Light Infantry officer's cap badge. The badge is shaped like a maple leaf with a royal crown and horn at center and reads RHLI SEMPER PARATUS (Always Ready).

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: 1-13/16" height and 1-9/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated and blackened copper.

ATTACHMENT: Two bent-over loops for attachment.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VFIL95 LACEX6/10

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Badge shows light wear and has a gorgeous patina.
