ARTIFACT: This is a circa 2003 Northrop Aviation Corporation Fire Dept Inspector Rank Badge by Entenmann-Rovin. 

Northrop Corporation was an American aircraft manufacturer from its formation in 1939 until its 1994 merger with Grumman to form Northrop Grumman. The company is known for its development of the flying wing design, most successfully the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber. Company is located in El Segundo, California.

VINTAGE: Circa 2003.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1-4" in height x 1-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome and gold-plated brass with hard fired multiple enamel. Chromed Nickel findings.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.
