ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1950 1st Foreign Infantry Regiment (1er REI) badge by Drago. It is nicely enameled and has a silver tone on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/17" in height and 7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin with a "C" catch and saddle.

MARKINGS: DRAGO-PARIS-NICE DEPOSE 43, RUE OLIVIER METRA.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a French militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX09 LEJX1/12 SEJX4/12

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some small areas of light wear and tarnish on reverse.
