This is an unidentified wing by Russell Uniform Company. The wing has a nicely enameled red circle at center.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enameled areas.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:RUSSELL UNIFORM CO. NEW YORK N.Y.
