BEING RESEARCHED - Shield Pin with Heraldic Banner and Horn Design - NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDENTIFIED

This is an unidentified shield-shaped pin enameled in black and white. At the center of the pin is a trumpet with a white flag bearing another black shield.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Horizontal safety-style pin.

This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. LX12/10

7+ (Very Fine+): The pin has moderate wear and tarnish and a small spot of oxidation on its edge.
