This is an unidentified Chinese badge from World War II, possibly connected to the Red Cross. It shows the American and Chinese flags with a red cross between them and reads 18A. It is numbered 118 on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Swiveling horizontal safety style pin secured with two loops.
MARKINGS:118, characters.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The badge has some small spots where paint has worn away and tarnish on the reverse.
