Unidentified very cool "NCSB" Special Agent Investigation Department Badge 1920's-40's? The badge is in the shape of a shield with a textured background. In black painted detail, center disc reads: "N.C.S.B" and above "SPECIAL AGENT" and below "INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT F.S."- "F.S." Financial Section??
