Description

ARTIFACT:

This is an unidentified pendant beautifully enameled and in the shape of a flaming torch. The body of the pendant is in two layers: the top layer reads 11 or II and VHP, and the lower layer is engraved on the reverse.

VINTAGE:

Possibly circa 1943.

SIZE:

1-7/8" height and 1/2" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt sterling with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Small length of closed chain.

MARKINGS:

24 VI 43 RUTH.
