This is an unidentified pin in gold-plated sterling silver that is in the shape of the letters O.C.A.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
