This is an unidentified brooch from the 1940s in the shape of a crossed tomahawk and war club. This piece of jewelry may have even been a war donation pin of some sort.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 2-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. RCL94 LX7/11
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows light wear only with a few small spots of enamel missing.
