Description
This is an unidentified circa 1910s or 1920s enameled lapel pin by Whitehead & Hoag. It has a red keystone at its center and reads P.R.R. W.W.R. around its border. It may possibly have something to do with the Pennsylvania Rail Road. WWR are the call letters for the Western Washington Railroad, but since the two lines are so geographically removed from each other, it may instead stand for Who's Who in Railroading.
