ARTIFACT: This is a beautifully enameled circa 1930s NSLB (Nationalsozialistische Lehrerbund, or the National Socialist Teachers League.) member lapel pin. The organization was in existence from 1929 until 1943. The pin shows a black eagle clutching a swastika flanked by green oak leaves and has a maker mark on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS: HOFFSTATTER-BONN GES GESCH.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some light wear and tarnish; all enamel is intact.
