ARTIFACT:

This is a beautiful, WWII era, solid 10 karat gold United States Navy hat or sweetheart wing. The wing comes in a box from Jenkins Jewelers of Baltimore, Maryland.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Wing: 1/2" height x 1-9/16" in width; box: 1/2" in depth x 2-3/16" in length and width.e.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

10 karat gold. 2.9 Grams.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with modified Tiffany style catch.

MARKINGS:

10K on wing; JENKINS 20 W. REDWOOD ST. BALTIMORE, MD. on box with unreadable stamp on inside cover.
