Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a beautiful circa World War II (1942) United States Army Air Forces pilot wing made in the United Kingdom. The wing is in silver-plated brass. It is in an unhallmarked Firmin style, and has lovely detailed feathers and a handsome T-style pin.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II (1942).

SIZE:

Approximately 13/16" in height by 3" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silver-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal T-style pin with C catch.

MARKINGS:

None.
