ARTIFACT:

This is a beautiful World War I United States Army Aide to Brigadier General collar insignia. It is in heavy bronze and shows an eagle perched upon a crest bearing one star. The insignia is for the right collar.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/8" in height by 1-1/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Bronze.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS:

None.
