Beautiful WWI Type I French Air Crew Badge Numbered 2564

This is a beautiful French World War I Type I Air Corps badge numbered 2564 on reverse. The badge is ring-shaped and shows a propeller with one spread wing with an attachment bar that is probably a replacement.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

Nickel-plated brass.

Two loops and a sliding stick-pin.

2564 and maker's mark.
