ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful circa 1950s North American Yacht Racing Union (NAYRU) gold-filled lapel pin enameled in blue. Founded in 1897 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island as NAYRU, the group then changed its name to the United States Yacht Racing Union in 1975. Today it does business as the United States Sailing Association.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold fill, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: 1/20 10K GF.
