ARTIFACT:
This is a beautiful World War II United States Army Air Forces bombardier wing in the Walter Lampl or Juarez pattern. The wing shows an aerial bomb flanked by a pair of spread wings headed earthward.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
About 15/16" in height x 3-1/4" in length.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
MARKINGS:
STERLING.
