ARTIFACT:
This is a beautiful hand-embroidered Chinese piece dating from the 1920s or 1930s showing two dragons battling over an orb. The scene is on a jewel-tone purple background and embroidered in rich oranges and yellows.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1920s-1930s.
SIZE:
Approximately 19-1/4" in height and 16-3/4" in width (tapering down to 15-1/2" in width).
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Silk embroidered in silk.
