This is a Beautiful 1917 World War I Era Santa Barbara California Constable Badge # 115 by Moise-Klinkner. 

World War I, 1917.

Approximately: 2-1/8" in height x 1-13/16" in width.

Gold-plated Brass with painted lettering.

Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor to moderate wear to the high point, especially on the center plate. Overall, it is in excellent condition as a 1917.
