ARTIFACT:

This is an Australian-made United States Army Air Forces 529th Bomb Squadron, 380th Bomb Group, 5th Air Force squadron patch. The patch shows a small Indian brave running carrying a small aircraft.<

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

About 5-1/4" wide by 5-1/4" high.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Embroidery on wool with a paper backing.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto a garment.

None.
