This is a modern (circa 1990s or 2000s) United States Coast Guard "graduation" type ring. It was made by Jostens in lustrium, a nickel and chromium alloy, and has a blue stone at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1990s-2000s.
SIZE:Approximate size 10; 3/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Lustrium (nickel/chromium alloy), blue stone.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:?? "j" in diamond (Jostens mark) and LTM (lustrium mark) inside band.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The ring has little wear.
