This is a 1980s Washington State Patrol patch. It is fully embroidered and shows a bust of George Washington at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-11/16" in height and 5-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.
