This is a 1980s patch for the Lowell, Massachusetts Fire Department. It is embroidered on red twill and reads ART IS THE HANDMAID OF HUMAN GOOD.

Approximately 4-3/16" in height and 3-3/4" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
