ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s flight attendant or purser wing for KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines). Founded in 1919, KLM is the oldest airline still in operation. The wing has a backing plate and is maker marked on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 2-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Loops, backing plate, cotter pin.

MARKINGS: W. VAN VELUW BV ZEIST-HOLLAND.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJM12 LAGEX8/13 SeBBJX9/16

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows some light wear and tarnish.
