This is a 1980's - 1990's Cockrell Hill Texas Police Patrolman's Wife Private Purchase Badge by Blackinton.

1980s - 1990s.

Approximately: 2-3/8" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

Chrome-plated brass with hard fired red and blue and white enamel, and painted lettering.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
