This is a paperback first edition copy of "Hitler's High Seas Fleet", Weapons Book Number 23 in the Ballantine's Illustrated History of World War II series. Written by Charles Humble, this volume is about Hitler's plan to outmaneuver a larger Allied fleet with aggressive tactics. It has several black and white photographs and was published in 1971.
