This is a 1970's patch for the Westmoreland City, New Jersey Volunteer Fire Department. It is embroidered on blue twill.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-15/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
