This is a 1970s Tennessee State Trooper patch. It is embroidered on cotton with XVI (for the sixteenth state) and COMMERCE, half of the state motto: Agriculture and Commerce.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-7/8" in height and 3-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
