This is a 1970's Omaha Nebraska Public Safety (Police) Communications Operator Badge by Blackinton.

Approximately: 3" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

Chrome-plated brass with hard fired blue enamel, and painted lettering.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
