This is a 1970s Minnesota State Patrol patch. It is embroidered on twill with the state seal and motto: L'ETOILE DU NORD (the star of the north).
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/8" in height and 4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch shows little wear.
