ARTIFACT: This is a 1970s pin for ABATE, or American Bikers Aimed Toward Education. There are several variations in the title of the organization between states, but al of them stem from the original ABATE founded in the 1960s by Easy Riders for education and safety purposes.

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in width and 15/16" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-back catches.

MARKINGS: None.
