ARTIFACT: This is a paperback first edition copy of "Patton", War Leader Book Number 1 in the Ballantine's Illustrated History of World War II series. Written by Charles Whiting, this volume focuses on George Smith Patton, Jr., the famed United States Army General nicknamed "Old Blood and Guts". The book has several black and white photographs and was published in 1970.
