This is a circa 1960's Victoria (Texas) Fire Department patch. It is embroidered upon navy blue twill.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 3" in height and 2-15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
