This is a 1960s United States Air Force jacket patch for the 28th Bombardment Squadron (BS), the largest Air Force bombardment squadron. The patch shows the head of a Native American male in profile.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/4" in height and 3" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
